thread dump：线程转储；指在某一时刻把进程（常见于 JVM 等运行时）中各个线程的状态、调用栈（stack trace）、锁/监视器占用等信息“整体打印/导出”的诊断输出，用于排查卡死、死锁、性能抖动等问题。（在不同平台上也可能称为线程快照。）
